The course is remaining in "Current Enrollments" after is has been completed

If an employee tells you that they completed a course, passed the test and it is not moving from the Current Enrollment to their Completed Enrollments, ensure the following:

  • Ensure they are using a proper browser version

 

  • Have them check their Technical Assistance tab for any Red Xs (see Browser Check section above)

 

  • Ensure after they have passed the test and exited the course that they waited for the screen to refresh back to the Current Enrollments screen

 

  • If the course did not move to completed on the day they completed the course, wait until the next day to see it moved

 

  • If all of the steps above have been taken and the courses is still in their Current Enrollments, contact Community Banker University (communitybankeruniversity@icba.org) with the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Course Title
    4. Date of Completion
    5. Test score
